Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our ESC-20 Instructional Services & Technology Services event. Our goal is to bring instructional services and technology services together for building a shared vision to better assist our LEA's. We try to make our events engaging, informative, and full of networking for our educational partners.

Our events host attendees such as Curriculum and Instruction Directors, Chief Instructional Officers, CTO's, IT Directors, IT Coordinators, Network Administrators and other lead IT staff who focused on implementing new technologies for their school Districts and Charters.

ESC-20 serves:
- 58 Districts
- 36 Charters
- 19 Counties
- 490,880 Students
That is over 796 campuses in the Region 20 area. Our typical attendance number for events ranges between 100-150 attendees.
This is our a two day event and we are expecting more than 200 attendees from both our Technology and instructional communities. Our events are often smaller than your standard convention or conference in an effort to establish real connections with our partners.

This is a perfect opportunity for your business to network, inform, and demo your organization's latest products and services in K-12 educational technology target market.

2025 Sponsorship Levels
If you are interested in sponsorship that allow speaking engagements, please provide a session title and summary you would be interested in presenting to our audience. Session will have 3 tracks; Instructional (STEM, GT, ESL), Technical (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity) and Leadership/Management (can be IT focused or personal) We are asking sponsors to try and pair up with school districts to better support our districts learn from each other.

Sponsorship comes with 2 tickets of admission and meals for the 2-day event. If you are in need of addtional tickets, they will be an additional $50 per ticket for each additional team member. Walk-up's will be redirected to Registration to complete sign up and pay admission fee.
PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSORSHIP - $3,500 for 2 days

Benefits of sponsoring Platinum Level include the following:
- All of Bronze, Silver, and Gold Sponsorship
- Meal Sponsorship: 5 minutes of speaking time during the breakfast or lunch breakout on opening floor
- Sessions held in the main conference room, Bexar.
- Signage acknowledgement of vendor at food service area
- Singage acknowledgement of vendor on marketing advertisement
GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP - $2,500 for 2 days.
